Returns & Refunds

At Nicki Plowman Resort | Leisure Wear we strive to deliver quality products. If for some reason you’re not happy with your purchase, we will gladly return or exchange your garments within 30 days of purchase.

We support hassle-free exchanges with the exception that garments that have been worn and washed are not returnable. Returns will be given on new, unused merchandise with tags attached. A copy of the sales invoice should be included with the returned item for ease of exchange or refund.

PLEASE NOTE:
Although every effort has been made to try to ensure the products are as you see them online, please understand that we cannot be held responsible for the screen to screen variation in display of colours and shades.

RETURNS
Products, in their original condition, purchased from Nicki Plowman Resort | Leisure Wear may be returned for a refund or replacement under the following conditions:

1. The buyer notifies the seller within 7 days of delivery of the shipment and the goods are returned to the seller within 14 days of delivery.
2. The item was not marked as a sale item. All sales or discounted items are final.
3. The item must be in the original, saleable condition with all tags attached. Washed and/or worn items are not returnable.
4. A copy of the seller's invoice is included with the return.

REFUNDS

1. Nicki Plowman Resort | Leisure Wear will notify the buyer of a refund once they have received and processed the returned item. The buyer can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase or a replacement item within 7 to 14 business days.
2. If the return is not due to the seller's error, the seller will deduct the shipping costs and credit card fees from any refund.
3. If the buyer used a gift certificate to pay for all or part of an item returned, that part of the refund will be credited on a future purchase. Please note, the original expiration date will still apply.
4. Should the buyer return an order that was placed using a promotional certificate, the amount of that certificate will not be refunded. Any unexpired promotional funds used on the order would, however, be returned to the buyer's account for use toward future purchases.
5. Nicki Plowman Resort | Leisure Wear accepts no responsibility for any item returned that does not meet the stated conditions.
